Online Store Payment, Shipping & Returns

Methods of Payment

We currently accept the following types of payment:

• Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal
• Cheque or Money Order
  (Email your order to vanessa@thecountrybeeapiaries.com. An invoice will be sent via email. Please make cheques or money orders payable to The Country Bee Apiaries and mail to: 924 Stanton Ave, Coquitlam, BC, V3J 4V2. We will sent products when funds are received.

Shipping

We use Canada Post to ship all packages. The charge of shipping is dependant on the items ordered. We are currently using the following methods to determine shipping costs:

• Calculated shipping.
  The online store does not charge customers shipping fees. Shipping costs will be determined and an invoice for shipping will be emailed. We find that this is the most accurate and most fair method to ascertain shipping costs.
• Free shipping for Canadian orders over $150.00.
• Free delivery
  Free delivery for individuals living in the following cities or townships in BC: Coquitlam, Port Moody, Port Coquitlam, New Westminster, Burnaby, Belcarra, and Anmore.

Orders will be shipped within 7 days of receipt of payment.

Return Policy

We make every effort to satisfy our clients. If you are not satisfied, we will refund the cost of purchase less the cost of shipping. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase. All goods must be in the orginal packaging.

All goods belong to The Country Bee Apiaries until payment is received.

Payment must be made within 14 days of the order. Please contact beeapiaries_Vane Simpson, vanessa@thecountrybeeapiaries.com, if you are having problems. If payment is not received, items will be placed back in stock.

We ship packages via Canada Post. If you don't receive you package, contact us and will track it for you. We will only replace items that are lost. We secure all orders with sufficient packaging.
