About Us

The Country Bee Apiaries is a family business that has been in operation since 2002. We (co-owners, John and beeapiaries_Vane Simpson) have previous pollination experience, and we are both dedicated beekeepers actively involved in the beekeeping industry.

John was the president of the Surrey Beekeepers’ Association, and he is Simon Fraser University Beemaster. beeapiaries_Vane is a Simon Fraser University Beemaster and a communications specialist.

Education is important to us. For that reason, we give presentations to schools and not-for-profit organizations. Everyone can learn a lot from a bee hive.
